Creative Employment Services (CES) works to meet
the labor needs of businesses while assisting individuals with
disabilities to obtain and maintain employment. CES provides
on-going services to individuals regardless of their disability.
CES goes beyond standard employment placement. The CES Employment
Specialist is trained to help a person become employed in the
community, acting as consultants to employers in helping them
to hire capable people. Staff will represent the skills and
unique positive traits of each person looking for a community
job. The Employment Specialist will talk about what supports
each person will need to succeed on the job, and how to help
the employer provide those supports. CES staff maintains an
ongoing relationship with the employers to insure newly hired
individuals meet performance and productivity expectations.
Our goal is to find a good job match for both employer and potential
employee. Most of the CES referred applicants receive funding
that translates into services at no cost to the employer. Contact
