Kreider Services  COVID-19 Visitor Information

• All visits must be scheduled in advance.
• Only 2 visitors from the same household allowed.
• If visitors are from different households separate visits must be scheduled.
• All visitors must pass the visitor screening tool.
• All visitors must sign-in and complete another screening with the staff.
• Mask must be worn at all times
• 6 foot separation must be followed.
• Visitors must stay in the designated visiting areas.
• Visitors are not allowed in bedrooms or other areas of the home.
• Hand hygiene is to be done.
• All visitors must notify the home if they develop covid-19 symptoms within 3 days after visiting.
